Introducing the new Mr & Mrs Chow! Jim & Kimberly’s The Vault Venue wedding was a day to celebrate love and legacy! Kimberly’s blend of American and Chinese traditional touches made their day both unique and special. It was a day full of joy as we celebrated together the making of a new family!
I began the day at Kimberly’s home with the most fun group of bridesmaids ever! I captured the detail shots as Clairissa crafted beautiful hairstyles. Spotify provided the perfect soundtrack. We all sang along together and shared memories. I truly felt like one of the bridesmaids instead of a wedding vendor!
Kimberly included so many heirlooms from her mom, who was looking on from heaven. The lace on Kimberly’s veil was from her mom’s wedding dress. She wore her mom’s gold and emerald bracelet, which was the perfect accessory for her timeless A-line strapless gown. Simple elegance was truly the style for the day.
One of the details Kimberly dreamed of was this mirror at the entry to The Vault Venue. She carefully selected the scripture she wanted on display as her guests arrived.
Just as the door closed on The Vault bridal suite, we heard a loud crash outside. A gust of wind had knocked over the beautiful mirror shattering both the mirror and the glass votives.
Molly of Something Blue and her team were quick to the rescue! A trip to Kirklands replaced the mirror and votives. Thankfully Kate Lee Laird was already there painting the ceremony scene. She was gracious to lend her artistic hand to add Kimberly’s chosen scripture to the new mirror. The amazing vendor team truly came together to make sure that Kimberly’s dream entry decor was a reality for her wedding day!
Kimberly & Jim, I have prayed for you as I have edited my favorite images for this blog post. I have prayed your chosen verse from Ephesians 3:20-21 from The Passion Translation:
Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.
Now we offer up to God all the glorious praise that rises from every church in every generation through Jesus Christ—and all that will yet be manifest through time and eternity. Amen!
I am so thankful to be part of this amazing vendor team that made Mr & Mrs Chow’s The Vault Venue Wedding day a success!!
